Dr. Leslie Carter, Board Certified in Dermatology, is an experienced medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologist in Bend. She has been practicing in the area since completing her dermatology residency training at Dartmouth College in 2004. In addition to providing comprehensive dermatologic care, Dr. Carter also specializes in skin cancer screening and surgery, hair loss, and cosmetic injections.

Carrie Baxter, PA-C first joined our practice in 2008 after graduating from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon.
